As a distinguished industry leader, Suburban Appraisal Services operates with true integrity and a commitment to an exceptionally high standard of quality work. Whether we are working on divorce appraisals for a well-known lawyer, or an individual estate appraisal in MA, we are dedicated to our client and our work. We pay attention to the details, we follow-up, and we know this industry in this area as well as anyone. We understand that in today’s competitive market, it is this that makes us stand out from the rest.
Since 1991, we’ve appraised thousands of homes in Norfolk, Suffolk, and Middlesex counties. With many homes requiring more than one appraisal over the years, past clients- including large and small lending firms, real estate brokers, CPA’s, and individual homeowners- again and again choose Suburban Appraisal Services as their trusted real estate appraiser in Massachusetts. Attorneys again and again choose us for their divorce and estate appraisals in MA. Simply put, we are very good at what we do- and our clients know it.
As life-long residents of this area and leaders in the Massachusetts appraisal industry for over two decades, we have a uniquely comprehensive knowledge base and extensive hands-on experience that speaks for itself. We’ve never left this area, and we’ve been actively involved in our community since we opened our business 20 years ago. We’ve seen our area grow and flourish with pride, and we’re informed on every aspect of every neighborhood: we know the schools, the streets, the businesses, the real estate trends, and the distinctive house features. Perhaps most importantly, we know and care about the people.
About Bill Lanciloti
Bill Lanciloti is the owner of Suburban Appraisal Services. He founded this business in 1991, with the vision of serving his local community by offering honest and dependable appraisals and excellent customer service. 20 years later, his vision has exceeded even his own expectations. As a member of the Appraisal Institute (AI), a member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers (MBREA) for which he sits on the Governmental Affairs Committee, a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a member of the Newton/Needham Chamber of Commerce, a long time supporter of both the Newton Little League and the Newton Boys and Girls Clubs, and a trusted appraiser to local homeowners, businesses, and professionals, Bill remains committed to his community and his work- and he is always learning more. Over the years, he has taken numerous specialized appraisal courses to broaden his knowledge further, and is constantly researching the local market for trends and developments.
“The appraisal business is my life. I feel very lucky, because I love what I do. I enjoy interacting with clients, finding the ins and outs of every appraisal, and participating in the valuation industry in general. This isn’t just a job for me,” Bill explains.
Bill is a MA Certified Residential Appraiser and an FHA approved appraiser. While many appraisers in the area are limited in the services they can offer, as a veteran in this industry, Bill is certified to handle appraisal services for all property values and any legal situation. His blog, Boston Appraisal News, offers insight and advice on the appraisal industry in Suffolk, Norfolk, and Middlesex counties.
When he’s not working or researching, Bill enjoys vacationing, watching the Red Sox, exploring local restaurants and shops, and spending time with his family.
